Covid Regulations

Before you come to class you must read the following questions. If you answer “yes” to any question, please do not attend class.

1. Do you have any symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough, loss of smell, shortness of breath)?

2. Do you feel unwell at all?

3. Are you awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test?

4. Have you been in contact with anyone who has COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

5. Have you returned from overseas in the past 14 days or been in contact with anyone who has returned from overseas in the past 14 days?

If you answer “No” to all of the above questions, you are eligible to attend class.

When you arrive at class, you will need to check in with the school’s QR Code and then show the teacher that you have checked in.

You will need to sanitise your hands when you enter the class and when you leave (The school will have sanitiser but it might be useful to have your own small bottle).

Equipment      Please bring as much of your own equipment as possible (blankets don’t have to be yoga blankets) and if you don’t have a blanket, please bring a large towel to cover any of the school’s soft equipment (bolsters and blankets) used. If possible, please bring your own strap or alternative.  Some of the thinner light blue mats may be rented (washed before they are returned).

If you use any of the studio mats, wooden bricks or chairs, you will be responsible for wiping them down at the end of the class. (Disinfectant and paper towel will be available.)

Spacing You will be spaced with minimum 2m square around you.

There will be no hands on adjustments.

There will be soap in the toilets. Please sanitise your hands before leaving the hall.

Surfaces will be disinfected before and after class.
